Gateway’s HOA rules #18-23 are summarized below:Gateway has seventeen (17) parking spaces in the garage and an additional five (5) outside the exit of the garage.Each owner, his or her renter/guest, is allowed access to one parking spot in the garage.No owner shall park more than one motorized vehicle in the garage at anytime, and each motorized vehicle must park in the marked parking space.If owner participates in the “Short Term Rental Program”, owner, guest/renter of the owner shall park no more than one vehicle in the garage. The parked vehicle should have a permit visible noting the unit number, date of check-in, and date of check-out.No service vehicle shall park in the garage to include management company vehicles. Service vehicles should park on the north side of the Gateway complex.No vehicle shall block the entrance or exit at any time.No storing of recreational vehicles to include snow mobiles, motorcycles orother motorized vehicle in the garage.
