This home is the perfect place to come together at the end of the day and recap with family and friends about the day’s adventures.The Space:Sleeping: Bedroom 1 with king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2 with king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3 with queen bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 4 four twin (2 bunks) with bath just outside of the room (sleeps 4); Additional Sleeping with queen size pull out sleeper sofa in living area (sleeps 2). Maximum overnight capacity – 10The Neighborhood:The neighborhood is one of the most preferred in Breckenridge as the home sits right on the 4 O’Clock ski run for easy and convenient ski in/ski out access.Other Things to Note:This is new listing and we are working on reviews. The few we have had so far are glowing!Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.
