This mountain modern residence is set along Northstar’s Home Run ski run, offering an unbeatable location and incomparable views. The home is influenced by contemporary European mountain living and provides slope side access to ski runs and hiking trails. The fresh, progressive design offers seamless indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling windows, massive sliding doors, large exterior living spaces, and a private hot tub and fire pit. The thoughtfully designed floor plan features a two-story, open layout with two primary suites, two guest bedrooms, and a massive media room with custom built-in sleeping spaces for six. Only a short shuttle or walk (walk only suggested during summer) to the Ritz-Carlton where you can enjoy an evening drink, a day at the spa, or fine dining in one of the many Ritz-Carlton restaurants. From the Ritz-Carlton, you can take a gondola ride to the vibrant Village at Northstar where there are shops, restaurants, skating rink, and often après live music.Guests enjoy access to the private homeowner’s amenities located at the Tree House, which includes a community gathering place complete with an outdoor saline pool, hot tub, fitness facility, lounge, game room, and outdoor summer sport court. Parking on the street is not permitted.- Please note that this is a ski-in/ski-out residence only when weather permits.
