One of the most incredible beach houses in the entire area. 1750 sq.ft. 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms with wrap astound decking to give the most amazing views of the beach and the water. Relax while sipping your favorite drink lounging on our custom outdoor furniture. Built in 2015. This home was our private beach house prior to us renting it out in 2020. Unlimited incredible views from the wrap around windows & balcony of the living room or the ocean views from all rooms that each of them has its own access to the large decks so you step outside and take in the views or listen to the waves of ocean.Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee for All pets brought on property. Pet fees are determined as follows:Pets weighing less than 20 lbs.: $100.00 per petPets weighing more than 20 lbs: $150.00 per pet
