Location is key and this rental is perfectly located to easily walk to all things Folly! Once you park your car there will be no need to get back in it, unless you are leaving the Island. This rental is located on the first floor of a two story home. The space includes two private bedrooms with queen beds in both rooms and a twin daybed in the common area. The daybed is tucked back in it’s own little nook with curtains that offer a bit of added privacy. There is also a full sized futon in the living room. We have a small bathroom and an additional outdoor shower. Great for small families on a budget or couple’s retreat! Pictures do not do this rental justice as it is much larger then it appears. Open, airy living area that comfortably seats 4 along with dining inside. Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to stay in and prepare a meal. Comcast Wifi, YoutubeTV, Smart flat screen TV in living room, additional TV in Master bedroom. Covered Shaded porch outside with dining table and seating. Fenced in yard. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water. 1/2 block from Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Grocery and 2 blocks back from the beach. 2 Beach Chairs provided, beach wagon and small beach towels provided. This rental is not a single family home but a downstairs, ground level apartment. No SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed on the property…inside and outside. Since this is a shared property, with two different units, smoking on the property can negatively impact others.
