Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath 1600 sq. ft. home located on natural desert home site in central foothills close to all services but very private setting. Queen bed in master, single bed in bedroom 2, hide a bed couch in bedroom/den 3 plus hide a bed in living room. Separate formal and also informal dining. Covered patio looks onto natural desert rear yard that is very private due to backing to a desert wash with heavy vegetation. Two car garage. Stunning mountain views of the 9,000 ft Catalina’s. Close by access to national forest hiking trails which our guests love.We have just added this property to the list of VRBO available rentals. A minimum rental period has been specified in order to respect the upper end highly desirable location where the home is located. The rental rate is conservative compared competitive rates in order to attract longer term occupants. Hopefully we have provided an opportunity for winter visitor guests that is unmatched in terms of location, convenience, comfort and natural beauty. Tucson is much more comfortable during the summer than generally appreciated so we have adjusted the rate and will now offer the home during the summer months to the delight to those who choose to visit during this rare and enjoyable period of the year.
