This 3 BD/ 3 BA townhome is in a riverfront community that offers the best of both worlds, from a communal swimming pool and fishing pier to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! It has recently been updated with all new furniture and high-quality mattresses. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining area and living room that leads to a screened in porch with glimpses of the river. The main bedroom is located upstairs and opens to a private deck. Each of 3 bedrooms have access to their own private bathroom and each provide plenty of storage space.Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 – minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance that your closest beach access point may be impacted during your stay.The city hasn’t provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing. But you can stay informed with the latest by visiting the City of Folly Beach’s website.Please note that our office does not have any more information than what is posted online, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment during your stay.NotesYou must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles; 2 cars fit comfortably in the garage and 1 more car can be parked under a covered carport.The community pool is open April – October from 8am-10pm (exact dates vary depending on the weather)The fishing dock is accessible year-round.The building is elevated so the entry is via stairs (no elevator is available)We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.Check-in time: 4 pm. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner’s business license.Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
