Our home is located right at the base of the spectacular Spur Cross Preserve. Its walking distance to Rancho Manana Golf Course and Tonto Bar and Grill. This is a unique chance to stay in the home of America’s best known cowboy artist, Lon Megargee. Later the home of Irma Turtle, author, humanitarian, and amazing spirit that touched the lives and hearts of many. This home creates a feeling of peace and tranquility. It’s private, quiet, and has amazing views and original art by the artist/homeowner.With 3 en-suite bedrooms with new Smart TV’s, and a beautifully decorated main room, dining room and one of the bedrooms, also has a futon bed. This home has a front courtyard that is enclosed with a firepit and horseshoes. The deck in the back has 180 degree views of the desert and is private and serene.
