Night Heron includes a community pool and is also located near one of the entrances to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Sea Pines has 17 miles of wonderful walking and biking trails, as well as access to famous Harbortown, South Beach, and plantation-wide golf amenities. The home is close to many restaurants and attractions both in Sea Pines and nearby Coligny Plaza. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, and sports (golf, tennis, kayaking, fishing, sailing) activities are available within Sea Pines or just outside it at Coligny Plaza, near the popular public beach located there. What all of this means is that very few people have easy access to the long, wide and beautiful section of beach in front of Night Heron.
