Island Delight is a cozy 2 bedroom one bath duplex with a private heated saltwater pool and hot tub in the Seaside Gardens neighborhood on Anna Maria Island. With a short walk you will reach the famous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Pet friendly for dogs up to 45lbs.The property accommodates comfortably 6 people with a king, two twin beds and a pull out queen sofa. The modern kitchen and living area give you great space to relax on the inside. From making dinner in the evenings to margarita’s at sunset, Island Delight is prepared for you to create your own special memories! Not to mention its well stocked kitchen from a crock pot to baking dishes. Start your morning off with a fresh cup of Joe using the bean grinder and coffee pot or speed it up with the Keurig.Outside you can take a seat under the umbrella in the zero gravity lounge chairs around the pool or enjoy the sparkling, heated, private, saltwater pool & spa! Pool and beach supplies are provided. The enclosed, outdoor shower comes in handy after a day at the beach – one of the few in Seaside Garden. – and on the back of the property you find a spacious deck with yard games in the tiki hut, a gas grill, outdoor dining and comfy furniture.Please enjoy all the extra amenities such as; free WIFI, linens, towels, dishes, hair dryer, washer/dryer, fans in bedrooms, high chair, a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and even lamps with USB chargers! While indoors you can enjoy a family night with games and puzzles provided for your use.The location is close to the free Island trolley, shops, restaurants and bars. Just a two minute walk away is lots of complementary outdoor activities such as; dog park, playground, workout facility, and courts that include basketball, pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, shuffle board and a baseball field. If your a skateboarding enthusiast, a newer skatepark is just a few minute roll away!Dogs up to 45lb are welcome. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account.
