Two Bedroom Top Floor Condo w/ Ocean Views Near Pool – BLDG 3Enjoy sunrise and endless ocean views from the balcony of our top floor suite located in the 3rd building at Ocean Pointe Suites.Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by simplistic design and the blue-green colors of the Atlantic. The open concept LIVING SPACE has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and high top table for 4. The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all dishes, glass and cookware. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for 2. The MASTER bedroom has a king bed with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bath with a step-in shower. The GUEST bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath is easily accessible from the hall. For your convenience, an in-suite LAUNDRY center so no laundromats for this vacation!Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:- 24/7 Front Gate Security- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo- Two private Tennis courts ( Pickle ball nets are on the tennis court )- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;- 2 Parking spots per reservation ( no commercial vehicles)- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available. The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master.
