Two bedroom/ two bath condo beachside on the white sands of Siesta Key’s finestWe offer a fully furnished two bedroom, two bath condo at Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club with a lanai that looks out onto the property. We are new owners that have replaced most of the furniture in the unit. We have updated the kitchen, bathroom, and freshly painted the entire unit. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a 40′ television for your viewing pleasure. The master has easy access to the lanai which is great for morning coffees, reading, cocktails, and dining. The kitchen received all new counter tops, back splash, drywall, and paint. Guest quarters include all new furniture, bedding, bathroom vanity, and paint. A 40′ television is provided for our guests’ viewing pleasure. In the main living quarters we purchased a new 55′ television for our guest’s entertainment. The entire unit is open, clean, and very comfortable. Perhaps our favorite part is the first floor convenience for easy access to transport groceries, zip in and out for snacks & drinks, put the kids down for naps, or trips to the beach.
