The cooling/heating system is treated with an odor free anti-microbial product on a regular basis.This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front.
