Private Washer & Dryer in unit.PARKING:Private parking in driveway for two vehicles (driveway to left of house). For multiple vehicles there is EASY free street parking and also a parking lot across the street that you can utilize.I am always responsive via Airbnb messages, and I am typically available to help with the check-in process if needed. There is also a large parking lot you can utilize right across from the property. Rent bikes across the street, walk, drive, or use Uber’s to navigate the neighborhood & city.For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior.- No Parties ($150 fine per guest per night for parties)- No Smoking ($200 smoking fee with evidence of smoking indoors)- No additional guests not on reservation spending the night- Additional visitors allowed within reason and with approval from the host- If you check in later than 9PM please let me know. I may not be available to help with any unforeseen check in troubles after this time
