Morse Mill Condominium is situated on three acres directly across from the main entrance to Smugglers’ Notch Resort and Ski Area which offers some of the best and most challenging skiing in the East. We are not part of the Smugglers’ Notch Resort complex. We are the closest privately owned condo to the Resort – just across the road. Our condominium is private but close to the ski action with two decks which look out on to the three mountains that make up the ski resort complex. There are great slopes for children’s sledding on the property with sleds provided! We have a rushing brook that cuts through the property and a private pond that children enjoy playing in. There are many swimming holes in the area to cool off in on a hot summer’s day. Daycation passes for the Mountainside pools & waterslides and fun zone may be purchased at Smugglers’ Notch Resort year round. Zip Line Canopy Tours are available at the Resort and for non-guests. This is the first Zip Line in Vermont.The condominium is approximately 1100 sq. feet. It has an open living room/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has twins beds with ensuite bathroom; second bedroom a queen size bed; third bedroom a double bed. A fold-down bed is available for an extra person. There is a second bathroom with toilet and shower.The condominium is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a wood-burning Vermont Castings fireplace (firewood provided). We provide bird feed to stock the three feeders on the deck, which attract a wide variety of wild birds. There is a rushing mountain brook that cuts through the property and a pond that attracts wild ducks and other water birds. In the summer, we are a five-minute drive from Stowe, but a 45-minute drive in winter due to the fact that Smugglers’ Notch Pass is closed to traffic.Keywords: Condominium
