The home has 6 bedrooms; Two bedrooms downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. Each Floor with its own Slate Floor/Shower, and KOA Cabinets bathrooms. Full Laundry room downstairs.The most breathtaking is the outdoor lanai off the living room, overlooking the pool and ocean. Enjoy your outdoor custom built in stainless steel barbecue, ‘Viking’ ice fridge and sink overlooking the ocean. Also enjoy your outside stainless steel full refrigerator, and ice fridge.In the winter time, in early mornings, you may be able to see the whales from your sofa/chairs or just plain dolphins swimming.
