This house has two covered porches perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, family dinners and quiet evenings.Kitchen: equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, utensils, toaster, stove top fry pans, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave.Living Room: 50 inch flat screen TV with blueray DVD player with apps, sleeper sofa, wifi and extended cable.Master bedroom- 2nd floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. Private deck and private bath with shower.Guest bedroom- 2nd floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. Private bath with shower.Third bedroom- 1st floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV.Hall bath-1st floor. Tub/shower combination with vanity.Washer/Dryer—full-size washer and dryer located in hall bath.Upper Deck-located off of master bedroom. Covered deck with seating.Lower Deck-covered deck with seating and outdoor eating.Ground Level Patio/Parking: area for seating and outdoor eating. Parking area will accommodate three cars.
