On rainy days or quiet evenings, bust out a few board games for a little friendly competition, or gather in the upstairs living area to stream your favorite movies and shows. This house also includes a second living area on the lower level that includes a comfortable double sofa bed.Outside, take advantage of this incredible lakefront property complete with a seasonal dock (Memorial Day through Labor Day), a picnic table, and a quiet setting for watching the stars fill the night sky. You can even see the loons alighting on Three Mike Pond!THINGS TO KNOWStreaming TV services require guest accounts to access.A kayak and life jackets are available for guests.Please note that the rocky lakefront can be slippery. Please exercise caution in this area – swim at your own risk. There is no diving from the dock as the lake is shallow and rocky.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Dock details: Seasonally Available – Memorial Day to Labor DayDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
