From the open and welcoming foyer to the oversize, luxurious living areas, the designer furnishings have been selected for comfort, elegance, and ease of use.The fabulous kitchen boasts top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a conveniently placed 19-inch TV for the chef of the family. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 4.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
