It also offers an extremely spacious living area upstairs with an over sized flat screen TV perfect for the nights in or family movie complete with wet bar and mini-fridge.The kitchen has been outfitted with all stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and the dishwasher and granite countertops make for easy clean-up.Both upstairs and downstairs are comfortably furnished living spaces which give way to the large covered patios (yes, one on each level!) that features a teak tables and chairs perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze in any weather.1st level:Bedroom 1: king bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in shower.Bedroom 2: king sized bed, flat screen TV with bedroom access to the shower/tub combo bathroom.2nd LevelBedroom 3: two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV and attached private bathroom with a walk in shower.Bedroom 4: two double beds, a flat screen TV with a bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo.There is also a laundry room with a full sized washing machine and dryer hallway.Getting Around:You won’t have to drive anywhere, simply park for free and go and enjoy the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants the island has to offer. Tybee Retreat has a total of four condo units, each having covered ground level parking for two vehicles. Please note over-sized trucks and SUV’s may not fit under this covered parking area.Other Things to Note:Since we consider Tybee Retreat to be a family friendly property and we know Pets are just as much family as our own children, Pets are permitted with approval and additional pet fees (maximum of 2 dogs, Cats are not permitted).
