There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first has a King bed and TV with cable. The guest bedroom has a single bed with a trundle. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The upstairs owners are happy to share the private pool and patio area in the backyard. Guests are welcome to use the gas grill.This property is ideal for small families or couples looking for a laid-back getaway off the beaten track with an easy walk to the beach. There is no land line phone available. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant).
