Enjoy the South end of Tybee in Tybreeza B – a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a historic Tybee cottage located one and a half blocks from the beach. The apartment is within the 1940s renovated apartment home. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Tybee pier and more. This quaint option is great for couples on a budget.The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 19-inch flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, and the attached bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and stove/oven, but there is no dishwasher. The breakfast bar has seating for 2. The casual sitting area is furnished with a small sofa.The upstairs owners are happy to share the private swimming pool in the backyard and the gas grill. There is no landline phone or washer and dryer available. There is a laundry mat located on the island. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant). Parking available for 1 vehicle.Please Note: Tybreeza A occupies part of the ground level of this cottage. There is a 1 bedroom apartment next door, Tybreeza B. Given the age of the building you may be able to hear some sound if the other apartment is occupied during your stay.
