From 9/25/2023 to 2/26/2024 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the east side from stacks 01 to stacks 05Guests love the open floorplan of the condo, with the dining room off of the living room, there are no ”shot gun” views typical of most beach condos. Two large bedrooms, each with access to a bathroom. And, a customized bunk area with Full over Full beds kids will love when they visit! This classic property features elegant water features and multiple pools and hot tub. It is one of the few resorts to offer covered heated pools for any cool days. The floorplans, and the wide gulf front balconies capture phenomenal gulf views.Aqua is located across from Pier Park, and is within easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, movie theater, live music, Gulf World aquarium, and even an amusement park. Its the best location on the beach.The first floor location in Aqua is an unrivaled amenity, and this is the only 2 Bedroom with an additional bunk area located on the first floor. Aqua 111 still offers superior gulf views without ever having to get in an elevator. It is truly like having your own private beach house.NOTE: There is a new hotel under construction next door, all of the exterior work is done, and they are finishing the interior, so any construction noise should be minimal during the day.The rules:You must be 25 or older to book, Primary renter must stay at premises the entire duration of the stay.No College or Party GroupsNo Pets, No Smoking or Vaping.
