With seven beds spread out amongst a two-story main home, garden apartment, and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer.Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. In the garden apartment located on the street level, and additional bedroom with full kitchen and living area. The apartment can be accessed separately from the street, and connects on the inside to the main house.The fourth bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower.What is parking like for this home?Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home.
