Summersgate is a gated family community that celebrates the outdoors with a private beach, kayak launch and amazing views of Lake Michigan in a tranquil setting.Your home offers many amenities to celebrate the outdoors from a private pool, two rooftop decks, screened in porch and large fire pit all overlooking Lake Michigan. Your walk to the beach is 75 feet outside the gate to sunbathe or paddle board. Memories are waiting to be made daily viewing lake Michigan sunsets from the huge firepit with family and friends.The home is well equipped with a chefs kitchen overlooking the dining room and screened in wrap around porch overlooking Lake Michigan. Five bedrooms, with one suite on the first and second floor.Highly maintained with quality furnishings throughout. We are constantly upgrading the home and have added an old school gaming center in the basement that has a brunswick pool table, shuffle board table and ping pong! There is also a trundle bed in the basement as our guests have told us that kids like to hang and do slumber parties down there!Summersgate reviews talk often how this is a unique place, a quiet respite from the real world with the focus on relaxing, enjoying the lakefront lifestyle and creating special memories.
