The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the dining area with seating for 10 guests. There is also a hearth room with a second fireplace and TV. There is a powder room, as well. For getting fresh air, there are two balconies – one with a built-in fire pit and the other with a gas grill.The lower level of the home is a fantastic room for families as it has its own ski entry with boot dryers, a laundry room, a billiards table, and an entertainment area with ample seating. There is access to the two-car attached garage from this area. On this level, you’ll also find three guest bedrooms. The first has a king bed with flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.The primary and junior primary suites are on the upper level. Both suites have king beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers.In addition, there is an elevator that allows easy access to all 3 levels. (A catwalk is a road in the summer) This will take you directly into Beaver Creek Village and chairlift access.
