Stepping right inside, into the sitting room you’ll be greeted by tall ceilings, and ornate details that date back to the 1800’s. Guests will have an ample amount of comfortable seating, where they can unwind after a long day and catch up on their favorite shows. Tucked to the side, a charming and intimate bistro table is the perfect space for a morning cup of coffee or a home cooked meal.Just beyond the living room, that can be closed off with Historic pocket doors, the bedroom overlooks beautiful Oglethorpe Square, where It’s common to hear the clip-clop of horse-drawn carriages throughout the day! Boasting with natural light, fitted with a king size bed, you’ll be head over heels for this space. Guests can also find a large desk, which is great for those who need to work from home.At the back of the apartment, a quaint bedroom with a twin size day bed can be found, which is great for visitors! Making your way down the hall, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen that has everything you’d need to prepare a home cooked meal or store leftovers from one of Savannah’s incredible eateries! The full bath is across the hall and features a spacious shower and pedestal sink.Outback, a surprise awaits; guests will have access to a spacious, brick paved (shared) courtyard. This space is great for relaxing after a long day with a glass of wine, or catching up with friends over a meal or game of cards at the table for four.What is parking like for this home?Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah between Monday and Saturday from 8am to 8pm. Guests are encouraged to purchase a multi-day parking pass from the Savannah Visitor’s Center before their arrival. Please be conscious of the posted Sweep Zone signs.Sleeping Configurations:Bedroom 1: King Size BedBedroom 2: Twin Day BedWe can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends.
