Free cancellation up to 30 days beforehand, then full refund if I rent it for those dates by 14 days prior to arrival date. Will keep 50% of total fee if cancelled or not rented two weeks before arrival date, 75% if cancelled one week or less before arrival. Central location across from the library, facing the bay, walk everywhere, includes parking if needed (10 min walk) for weekly stays, cable, TV, AC, queen bed in bdrm, modern sun-blocking see-through screens, hardwood floors, electric fireplace, claw foot tub, galley kitchen, living area, bedroom, & private deck overlooking courtyard below & harbor, beach steps away. Linens & towels provided. Coffee maker (Keurig and espresso), toaster, fridge, oven, microwave, free wifi.
