The Watergarden Villa offers water views from the master suite, dining room, living room, and two guest bedrooms. With the pool deck, hot tub and patio area having a southern exposure, the sun rises and sets from any vantage of the home. Relaxation here is guaranteed… relax in the hammock under the palm trees while overlooking the water; enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards from the private dock; play in the pool; grill outside on the deck which features a large dining table; soak in the hot tub; or simply sit in the Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the palm trees sway.The Watergarden Villa is as stunning and relaxing inside as it is outside. The entire home is newly decorated with comfortable and contemporary furnishings, and features new appliances. The very large kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry and features an extra-long bar counter which overlooks the expansive living room with wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water.Each of the bedrooms is very spacious and all of the bathrooms are updated. The master bedroom has its own bathroom at one end of the house. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with two full bathrooms. There is also a half bath in the laundry room in the hallway behind the kitchen.
