Welcome to 2 Ruddy Turnstone! This four bedroom, three bathroom home is located oceanside in Sea Pines. This home is all one level and can sleep a group of up to eight guests. There are pavers off the private pool deck that lead you to the beach path – you’ll have your toes in the sand in a quick five to seven minute walk.**BEDDING CONFIGURATION**• Bedroom 1: King (Master, First Floor, 43″ Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)• Bedroom 2: King (First Floor, 50″ Flat Screen TV, Shared Bath w/ Queen Room)• Bedroom 3: Queen (First Floor, 43″ Flat Screen TV, Shared Bath w/ King Bedroom)• Bedroom 4: Two Twins (First Floor, 43″ Flat Screen TV, Private Bath in Hall)**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**• Distance to Beach: Five to Seven Minute Walk to Beach. Located 9th row oceanside in Sea Pines – very easy walk to the beach.• Pool Info: The pool is approximately 39 feet by 9.5 feet (lap pool). The private lap pool is able to be heated at the home for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. Please email/call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to pay the additional fee & schedule heating of the pool if interested. The pool is not able to be heated in the summer.• Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet, Gas Grill• Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Wine Fridge, Crockpot, Regular Drip Coffee Maker & Keurig• Eight Beach Towels• New Sun-Filled Carolina Room• Living Room with 65″ Flat Screen TV + Built-In Desk• 2,500 Square Feet• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.• Parking is available for up to four cars maximum at 2 Ruddy Turnstone.
