Beautiful elevated Beach House with a private heated pool situated in the sought after residential north end of Anna Maria Island. Superbly located, only 3 minutes walk to the best beaches, only in the north end do you have access to the Gulf and Bay beaches, watch the dolphins, see the huge variety of birds and watch the glorious sunsets. The location is just what is needed for a relaxing holiday. The house offers two outdoor areas, the pool is situated in a mature tropical garden and has a paved area for loungers and large sheltered deck with a ceiling fan. Relax on the sofa and chairs or dine at the beautiful wooden table. For breakfast sit on the front deck overlooking the tropical neighbourhood, in this very quiet area. Large choice of recommended restaurants nearby. Stroll to the famous Sandbar Restaurant, have dinner and watch the sun go down over the Gulf of Mexico. Fishing, boat trips, golf, shopping all with in easy reach, information pack provided. Note we visit for 9 weeks a year to make sure that the property offers a very high standard to our guests.
