You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 2 queen beds and 1 king bed awaits you for your stay. Each room is decorated and thought of with YOU in mind. Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.The house has 2 full baths- one off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. both equipped with a combo shower/ tub If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.In the large yard we have a fire pit surrounded with string led lights built for making memories and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.So let us welcome you to your home away from home…Enjoy!Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles parked in a row.Street parking is also available.No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a linen closet in the bathroom that acts as our owner’s closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation.
