This home is perfect for a large family gathering. The home is situated on a large , quiet lot south of Route 28. Guests are greeted by the spacious ,open concept living area with a soaring vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating in the dining and living room areas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the tools needed by the aspiring seaside chef. (Stay tuned for our newly renovated Kitchen Spring of 2020) The home is thoughtfully decorated in a tasteful Cape cottage style. All of bathrooms have recently received a full makeover/renovation. The home is completely air conditioned. We have deeded access to Taylor’s pond for kayaking yards from the home.A separate family room is close by with a large flat panel TV to keep the kids entertained. Your family will be well rested in 5 large bedrooms on two floors. Beach chairs ,umbrellas and cooler are provided.
