Each residence is completely separate with their own living spaces and private entrances. There is a shared laundry facility in between the residences. The front main house does have an enclosed front yard, private parking inside the gated area, and a BBQ grill out back for your enjoyment.All guests are provided with keyless code check in access and check in information that is provided approximately 3 days prior to your arrival. The keyless code entry system will be valid for your stay dates only.The main house vacation rental is professionally managed by PMI Phoenix Golden West Real Estate and Property Management services.
