A Bavarian style home that was once part of the Kona Mansion Estate. Now a large comfortable home with a huge yard. Great for a family reunion, wedding or retreat. Huge Eat-in kitchen with two dining room tables, cozy living room with a wood stove, game room with pool/ping pong table and second wood stove. As with most other rental vacation properties in the area, linens are NOT provided, however a linen service can be arranged. We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement, except holiday weekends are 3 night minimum. 7 night minimum stay for the summer months from the end of June thru the end of August with check-in on Saturdays only. Pets are allowed with prior written permission. Please note this is not a waterfront property.We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we expect you to leave the place the same way you find it, or we will apply a cleaning fee, based on an hourly cleaning rate (ie. the dirtier it is left the more you will be charged for cleaning). Also, do not play with or arm the alarm system! If the alarm is set off, there will be a $500.00 fee.
