This unique and updated 1950’s house has everything you want in a mountain town vacation rental. Beautiful and cozy inside and out. Plenty of space for 2 -4 people or even a family of 6 who wants to use the pull out couch.The dining room has a wall of windows (glass garage door) that looks out onto an outdoor patio area and a gorgeous landscaped lawn bursting with colorful flowers and even edible fruits like blueberries and figs.Large and beautifully landscaped front yard with patio. Off street parking in driveway that allows space for 2 or 3 cars.The house is a duplex style, with a small living space with long term renters below this unit. The house is set up on a corner lot in such a lovely way that allows each unit to have separate driveways and entrances on opposite sides of the house. No spaces overlap, inside or out.One mile walk or bike to downtown Hendersonville. Take a short and scenic drive to Asheville & world renowned National Forests.
