This home is situated in one of South Lake Tahoe’s most desirable, affluent localities and is within four miles of all shopping areas, Heavenly Gondola, and trails.This home includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the major appliances, an adjacent dining table with seating, and a fantastic main living area with a wet bar, a TV, and a sunlit, sunken lounge. This home also includes a quiet reading loft, a furnished sunroom, and a game room with a full-size pool table, Ping-Pong table, and dartboard for when you’re craving a little friendly competition.THINGS TO KNOWTahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.There is a portable air-conditioning unit in the living room and the upstairs bedroom.The fireplace is not for guest use.Streaming is available with guest accounts.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
