Unit 113- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This two bedroom two bathroom Gulf Front view condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room is furnished with a large 46″ Samsung TV with HD TV service. The master bedroom has two full sized beds with a 32″ Samsung TV and the guest bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 40″ TV with HD TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes coming from the Gulf of Mexico. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
