Travel up a small flight of steps to another full bathroom, washer & dryer & 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, & two single beds. On the 3rd floor is a large loft area, with additional sleeping quarters (2 futons), a large ocean facing balcony, & a 3rd bedroom with a king bed, & another ensuite bathroom. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
