The Third Bedroom has a king bed, new AC unit and a private balcony that looks onto Lewis Bay and Kennedy Park Beach. The fourth bedroom also views of Lewis Bay and has two twin beds, new AC unit and a new Smart TV! The washer & dryer is conveniently located on the second floor as well as another full bathroom with a tub & shower.Enjoy family style meals prepared in the extra wide open newly renovated kitchen and dining room that seats 12. The living room is also extra wide and has a giant new smart ~ flat screen TV plus plenty of seating for everyone. You will enjoy your BBQ from a Weber Natural Gas Grill on the lower balcony with seating for 8. Spend time sunbathing and then await the sunset and moonrise on your private rooftop balcony with seating for 8 people and plenty of tables perfect for your beverages. The homeowners have generously provided board games, puzzles and playing cards for your enjoyment.
