Description

This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator in the center of the building. Because of its third floor, corner location, there is a partial view of the beach and the gulf. There is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 46″ flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has a new queen size bed and a new full size bed with a 40″ flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both equipped with grab bars. The Living Room has new leather furniture and a 65 inch Samsung Tv with HD TV service for your viewing pleasure. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a Mr. Coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. This condo is fully tiled throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.
