This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. The unit has been fully remodeled November 2020. The beautifully decorated condo has crown molding and new furniture throughout. The windows have plantation blinds throughout. The master bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32″ flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 32″ flat screen TV. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit which is equipped with a large 60″ flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and grab bar while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. The spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinets and with a open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has new tile throughout the entire condo. The screened in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with accordion shades for privacy. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. This unit has a five night minimum stay required.
