Beautiful Elegant 1800 Three Story Home RIGHT ON SNOW MOBILE AND ATV ACCESS UNIT 2 is a newer addition for large parties who need more room in addition to unit 1 or just a large groupthis unit is $135 a night and has one master bedroom with a queen size bed, Open loft has 4 beds ,,2 twins & 2 full. Open space in Dining area has a sleeper sofa, Den has 2 twins available to set up and a nice gas stove with fire view. . Sleeps 10.tHIS IUNIT IS WONDERFUL but not for children under 12 ,stairs to the loft would not be good for children under 12All of my units have a private entrance and private yard with picnic table, gas grill ,benches ,fire pit & hammock. Direct Tv in the den and local cable in the master. Kitchen is fully loaded gas oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave , coffee machine etc.although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unitYou may apply whatever cost you paid towards any of my properties listed herewhether its Florida or Maine.I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds. They must be washed and brushed. Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture.the person booking age limit 25 or older
