Description

This renovated second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit has accommodations for six guests. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a new luxury memory foam mattress for the king bed (2019), and the guest bedroom has two full size beds as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig Machine. The condo is tiled with carpeting in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
