Description

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit has accommodations for six guests. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40″ flat screen TV with HD TV service, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40″ flat screen and the living room has a sofa and loveseat with a 50″ flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The master bathroom and the guest bathroom each have a tub/shower combination with grab bars. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
