Description

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 32″ flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a 40″ flat screen TV. The Master bathroom has a bath tub and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious living room is equipped with a 40″ flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. This condo also comes equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. The condo has new wood flooring throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
