Description

This second floor newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and one a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top. Both bedrooms have 32″ flat screen TV’s for your entertainment while the living room has a 40 | flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
