Unit 43- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front view condo requires a seven night stay, no exceptions. It is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has beautiful furniture with a king bed and a 32″ flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with also a 32″ lat screen TV for your enjoyment. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub. The kitchen has Formica counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker. The condo has carpeting in both bedrooms and living room area, while the rest of the unit is tile. The open patio will allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
