Unit 57- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the unit make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room is equipped with a 42″ flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment The guest bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32″ flat screen TV. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a 32″ flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar as well. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedrooms and tile in all other areas. The open style patio allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. There is a five night minimum rental.
