Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach! The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo are ideal for watching evening sunsets! Our two bedroom units sleep 6 people max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, both bedroom has a 32″ flat screen TV with HD TV service. The master bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with a 43″ flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking- pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and standard coffeemaker. This condo has been newly tiled throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows the most spectacular views of the night time city lights. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
